Even though our imported Neapolitan flour costs significantly more than a domestic imitator, there is no comparison in taste and texture -- and we think that you will be able to taste the difference. The San Marzano tomato is Italy's most famous plum tomato, grown in Campania, Napoli, the home of pizza. The tomato is prized for its naturally sweet flavor, red color, and low seed-count. It is famous around the world as being the only tomato that can be used for Vera Pizza Napulitana – True Neapolitan Pizza. San Marzano tomatoes are 100% natural, without any preservatives or additives.

Our San Marzanos are grown on the sun-drenched volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvio. Leftover matter from the nearby Vesuvio volcano’s past eruptions makes the ground of Agro Sarnese-Nocerino (the specific ground where the San Marzano is grown) especially fertile and gives the tomatoes a unique and authentic taste that can not be reproduced elsewhere. These great tomatoes are the base to the perfect pizza.

Don’t be fooled when other pizzerias say they use San Marzano tomatoes. Most pizzerias use San Marzano tomatoes that could have been grown in California with San Marzano seeds. There is a big difference between Domestic San Marzanos and Imported San Marzanos. San Marzano tomato “purists” won’t settle for anything that is not grown on the rich volcanic soil of Mount Vesuvio.

Mozzarella di bufala is a mozzarella made from the milk of water buffalo rather than from cow milk. Mozzarella di bufala is raised in designated areas of Campania, and some consider it to be the best for flavor and quality. Our mozzarella di bufala is imported from a small farm in Napoli to guarantee that we only receive the top quality mozzarella. We pair our all-natural flour and our all-natural San Marzano tomato sauce with our all-natural buffalo mozzarella to serve you an exquisite all-natural pizza.
